This meeting did not have a quorum of voting board members.

Approval of the Minutes of the November Board Meeting
Treasurer's Report - Jayne did not present

Old Business:
Mardi Gras - Howard has flexed the proposal to fall on Fat Tuesday - at Kallaloo - and (pending the availability of Kallaloo) some of the nearby businesses. Those attending voted to do the event.
We will solicit yea or nea votes from non-attending Board members.

Leadership:
- Membership Chair - Ruth volunteered
- Treasurer - ElDoris will ask Mel Ellis if he thinks he has the talents and strengths to take over in 2010?

Discussion of Membership, Fundraising, Service Projects.

January 8 - agreed we will provide help with food for the Rainier Valley Recreation Center Teens Night.

Proposal to renew our membership in the Rainier Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Those attending voted to do the renewal.
We will solicit yea or nay votes from non-attending Board members.

Susan and Ruth request that Rusty logs into the Rotary International Database and show us our names entered as members at this Tuesday's meeting - Dec. 22.

Next Board meeting January 21 at Ruth's office.
