Seattle Parks' ARC to raise funds for necessary programs and services? How does that work? For those of you who have been following the City of Seattle's budget distribution over the past few decades (and who hasn't?) you may be interested in the details of how recent Parks Department budget cuts have affected the kids programs at local Community Centers. We'll take a look at that, and particularly the upcoming run-walk fundraiser to be held at Seward Park at the end of September. Is it possible for Rainier Valley Rotary to help out?
