03/31/2009 - 00:30

We've all heard the talk about the "stimulus bill", but what does this recent Act provide in real terms to business owners on Main Street? How is this Act stimulating banks to get money flowing again? Elizabeth Stevens, VP & Senior Loan Officer of Northwest Business Development Association, will offer us her insights on this and the crucial benefits of the SBA 504 loan program, and address your questions on banking in general.

This program is our inaugural meeting at Kallaloo, 3820 South Ferdinand in Columbia City. Our Tuesday meetings schedule:

7:15 a.m. Meet and Greet - networking, coffee, tea, light breakfast fare
7:30 a.m. Meeting begins, Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag, inspirational message, Rotary Moment, committee announcements.
7:50 Program Presentation
8:30 Meeting Ends
Stay and socialize? Convene your own get-together around the corner at the Bakery, Starbucks, Geraldines? It's all good!
