According to this Seattle Times article, pedestrians are being killed regularly by the Link Light Rail line that runs through our neighborhood. More people are killed on other railroad tracks around the state, either as they walk, as they bicycle, or drive on or across tracks.
How can we effectively alert people to the hazards, and save lives?
