On July 24 Pat's focus will be on finding prospective customers and nudging and massaging them forward through their initial purchase to becoming repeat customers. If you spuspect there might be features in your existing computer systems that you aren't using, be prepared for a big confirmation: You can double your customer communication and double its effectiveness. That's like going from a 15 inch monitor to a 45 inch monitor. As someone once said: "It's going to be BIG!" Bring your questions.

Seattle Parks' ARC to raise funds for necessary programs and services? How does that work? For those of you who have been following the City of Seattle's budget distribution over the past few decades (and who hasn't?) you may be interested in the details of how recent Parks Department budget cuts have affected the kids programs at local Community Centers. We'll take a look at that, and particularly the upcoming run-walk fundraiser to be held at Seward Park at the end of September. Is it possible for Rainier Valley Rotary to help out?
